This is by far one of my favorite anime this season. I would’ve never thought I’d be watching Kimi ni Todoke when I was going through the seasonal chart. This was one of those anime that didn’t seem to appeal to me. However, after watching this episode, I have to say I’m completely in love with it.

Pantsu, Boobs, Fanservice– just leave them at the door. This anime is full of clean light-hearted goodness that many studios fail to develop after multiple tries.

The story follows a girl nicknamed “Sadako” (hot girl from The Ring) whom has trouble getting along with the other students. The problem is that she doesn’t smile and gives off a ghostly aura. However, she meets a guy named Kazehaya and everything changes from that point onward.

This is just one of those anime that you couldn’t help but enjoy. Every second is filled with a facial pan-up shot detailing exploding manly emotion.

I’m loving this series so far. It has the abililty bring out the humor and weeaboo in me (enthusiast!). The plethora of references in this show are one of the strong points. Many other series try to throw in references but often cannot get it right.

This episode is about how Sakurano has ADD and can not study for an upcoming exam.

Possible reasons why she might have ADD:
1. She eats too much bunny candy
2. She eats too much bunny candy
3. She eats too much bunny candy
4. She doesn’t drink enough milk

Even after Sugisaki and Milk-tan received multiple beatings, her ADD still roams rampant.

I’ll be blogging about this anime for sure as it’s one of my favorites this season.

Seitokai no Ichizon is one of those shows that make you want to say WTF and then Kawaiiiiiiii. This show isn’t your stereotypical harem anime with stereotypical raunchy situations. It centers around a student body with four girls and one guy with a huge catch–nobody likes the guy named Sugisaki.

Sugisaki is a walking parody in a sense where he views his relation with the other student council members as girls from a dating sim. He would always analyze the situation, throw some comedic remark about flags and then repeatedly get his ass beat (the latter outweighs the rest).

The student council president is a short pink haired loli called Sakurano. Her role in this show is nothing but a comedic relief as she has the largest relation with Sugisaki and often have quarrels with him. The rest of the girls aren’t worth mentioning as they’re there just to fill in some fan service (*runs*).

I give this episode a 4/5 Umeboshi.

Yuri Warning!

This show is based on lesbian relationships, so if you’re a little homophobic, do yourself a favor and watch this show!

Much of this episode deals with unrequited love in multiple sides. Sumika Murasame, the ass kicking black haired chick, has feelings for her friend. However, she is not openly lesbian and often receives the short end of the stick. Her friend, Ushio Kazama, is openly lesbian and constantly tells Sumika about her feelings for her librarian partner.

As much as I want to go into detail about this show, I can’t. I’m giving a brief synopsis based on what I can remember from 2 weeks ago (I’m a little bit late). If you’re straight, just imagine yourself being hit on by a homosexual of the same sex. Your reaction basically sums up this episode. Now, no offense towards any homosexuals who may be reading this, but this show is leaning towards the sour side. From what I’ve seen, this show is incredibly slow paced and aimed towards people who are devout fans of the genre (ahem, guys).

I will not be blogging about this show in the future.

Where should I start? There are many things in this episode that makes me LMFAO and I almost never LMFAO. I can’t seem to formulate my ideas into a solid cluster, so I’ll just leave you all with this next statement.

Tomoki Sakurai has always had a strangely realistic dream dealing with an angel. One day when he was walking in the park, a hot girl with wings falls out of the sky. Along with the girl comes magic powers that turns you into Dio Brando (ZA WARUDO) as well as grant his every wish. Did I mention he has a hot neighbor whom is also his childhood friend?

So Tomoki Sakurai starts abusing the powers to….

Use your imagination.

There are also two other characters that play a comedic role in SnO. There’s a suicidal weirdo as well as his sadistic friend. What a combination…?

Alright! More Akane action!

This episode is brimming with Akane fan service. What is up with this girl and suggestive themes?

This episode starts off by resuming from last episode’s cliff hangar which wasn’t obvious and didn’t get revealed in the preview (*GASP*). A little fighting in the library ends up with a strange lesbian/trap oppai scene with Senou x Sakura. Later, the episode ends up with a strange imaginative section with Akane x Senou. The rest of the episode is trivial and ends in a Senou x Yamaneko lesbian scene.

I don’t remember very much of the other details except Yamaneko’s fuzzy dog doll (what else is there?). Kampfer has proven to be a fun fan service anime so far (who pays attention to the story?).

I give this episode 3.5/5 Umeboshi.

Despite all the negative publicity this anime has been receiving, it’s horrible. The story involves female kampfer (warriors) who fight until one team is eliminated/loses/pulverized/vanquished/disintegrated. The catch is that the main character, Natsuru Senou, is a male kampfer.

What’s so special about a male kampfer? Absolutely nothing at all. He’s just another female kampfer fighting all the other female kampfers. Wait…. what?

Now if you have a wild imagination, you’d have a 50/50 percent chance of guessing the only possible outcomes. Since all kampfer are supposed to be female, either:

• It’s a trap!
• It’s a trap! Full body transformation

Regardless of which answer is correct, this show is amateur at best. Although the female’s are pretty entertaining (especially Akane Mishima), this show doesn’t have very much going for it except the light fan service (no panty shots for you!). However, Kampfer does have some big name seiyuu’s such as Yui Horie. Each character is also self aware and refer to others by who their voice sounds like (Nana Mizuki, Yui Horie etc).

This episode was mildly entertaining at most. I’m still fascinated with the “breast”plate and I’m glad they reiterate that fact throughout the episode. For one, her breast plate breaks, reveling everything to Luke and Lisa (the elf). This usually doesn’t mean much in anime, but oddly enough, Lisa keeps bringing up the fact that Cecily’s breasts are huge (we know this already), with Luke becoming all flustered every time this taboo topic is brought up. I hope they don’t stop just because the episode is over.

The best part about this episode is probably the part with the blue tapeworm flying out of the bandits mouth. If real tapeworms looked like that, I wouldn’t mind growing one inside myself… *gulp*

At the end of the episode, they introduce yet another Elf which should please most of the fans (can’t get enough of elves).
